If a match is cancelled before it begins or is not completed within the timeframe set by cariklbet, all bets related to that match will be voided and the stake returned in full to the member's account balance. For matches rescheduled to a later date, cariklbet's policy is to void all bets and refund the stakes unless otherwise stated in the relevant sport's rules.
Cariklbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were published in error due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, the full stake will be returned to the member's account with no deductions.
To maintain a fair and safe environment for all members, cariklbet strictly prohibits the following activities on our platform:
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all winnings and account balances, and legal action where necessary. cariklbet cooperates with Malaysian authorities to investigate any criminal activity on our platform.
Members may close their cariklbet account at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@cariklbet.ws. Before the closure is processed, all eligible account balances will be returned to the member using the same payment method as the last deposit.
Cariklbet reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud or suspicious activity, a request from the authorities, or at cariklbet's sole discretion to protect the integrity of the platform.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms & Conditions, cariklbet reserves the right to place the account balance on hold while an investigation is conducted. Should the breach be substantiated, cariklbet reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance.
